Shipping at a glance

Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT)
Transit: typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Trial kit: “First Adventure” ships for $6.95 (see Guarantee for refundable details)
Tracking: emailed when your order ships

Processing & Delivery

Orders placed after 12pm CT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by weather or carrier delays.

Costs

Trial kit: Flat $6.95 shipping. Per our Happy Hero Guarantee, this fee is refundable if you’re not delighted.
Subscriptions/Shop items: Calculated at checkout based on weight/zone. Free shipping promos apply automatically when eligible.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup.

Address Changes

Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering. After shipment, rerouting isn’t guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (including PO Boxes). International shipping is not yet available

Lost, Late, or Damaged

If your package is late, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, message us with your order number. We’ll replace or refund per our Guarantee—fast and friendly.

Holiday & Peak Periods

High volumes may add 1–3 business days to processing. We’ll always work to get adventures out quickly.
