• We’ll reply within 1 business day and resolve it—usually same day.

• No returns required for the trial kit; for other issues we almost never need items back.

What’s not covered

• Gift cards and downloadable printables aren’t refundable.

• We reserve the right to decline or limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse—but we always start from trust
